At LADYLYLA , we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.ladylyla@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.

Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part in sending your order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including intimate products.

Trades

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at contact.ladylyla@gmail.com to discuss the options available.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.ladylyla@gmail.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
